How much does shipping cost?
All domestic orders are shipped by USPS First Class mail for FREE with delivery tracking, other shipping methods include:
· First Class – $1.99
· Priority Mail $5 – Arrival in 2-4 Business Days*
· First Class International – Canada $10- Arrival in 1-3 Weeks*
· DHL International Express – Anywhere in the world – $25 – Arrival in 3-7 days
*Please note shipping and delivery times are estimates, the postal system does miss estimated arrival dates. We ship the item by the method you select and pay for; shipping expenses are not refunded for missed delivery dates due to errors of the postal system. All arrival times are quoted as business days, postal holidays and weekends are not included.
When do we ship?
Most orders are shipped same day or next day, we strive to ship all orders within 24 hours or less, our system updates with tracking numbers each evening. Orders within the United States are usually received within 2-3 business days but can take up to 7 business days. During high volume sales, specials or popular releases orders may take up to 72 hours to ship.

Why does my order say it is in pre-shipment or the tracking number doesn’t show anything when I check USPS.com?
When you select “Free Shipping” the post office is not obligated to scan your package (First class), so sometimes your item has been dropped off at the post office but not actually scanned at the postal facility your package was dropped off at. Not to worry your package is on its way and it will eventually be scanned.
International shipments can be shipped by USPS for $10.00 to European and Asian countries, and will arrive in 10-14 days (but can take up to 4 weeks).
With all international shipments there is always the chance of customs delaying the delivery of your package, this is unfortunately out of our control.
Because USPS first class shipments are often difficult to track and sometimes lost, we HIGHLY recommend you use our DHL International Express Option for fast, easy and efficient delivery.
We have the right to refuse service to any customer at our own discretion.
Orders may be cancelled before shipment however a 20% restocking fee does apply. Orders cancelled after shipment may be returned, the buyer must pay return shipment and a 20% restocking fee will apply once the product has been received back.
